Highland Yoga With Heart


The mountains outside my window aren’t worried about being perfect. The river down the road just keeps flowing, even when it hits rocks.
I reckon we could learn a thing or two from them about moving through life without trying to force it.
I’m Anna, and I’m excited to teach yoga here in the Scottish Highlands. Whether you’ve never set foot on a mat or have been practising for years, my classes are about one simple thing: helping you notice what’s already here inside you.
Nothing fancy required - just you, your breath, and maybe a little bit of letting go.
